Please put your Instagram username in the Order notes so we can send and/or accept your follow request.
Auctions will take place on our @mothership_private_auctions account. Follow requests will be accepted once we’ve received your deposit. Deposits can be submitted throughout each auction week and followers will be purged after each week. Once started, each auction will last 24 hours.
Your $2000 authorization hold will be voided at the end of each week if you do not win any of the week’s auctions. If you are the winning bidder in an auction, we will charge you the deposit amount and give you 3 business days to arrange the rest of payment. If payment is not received your deposit will not be refunded. We work in the PST time zone Monday - Friday from 10 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. If you have submitted a deposit and haven’t been accepted on the Instagram page please contact us as soon as possible.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days for a refund.
- Print and fill out this form and return with your package.
- You have 14 calendar days to return/exchange an item from the date you received it.
- Only items that have been purchased directly from us.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be completely unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in original packaging.
- All glass items must receive pre-authorization before shipping, so that we can verify their cleanliness. Please send a photo of your item to firstname.lastname@example.org, and wait for us to contact you before shipping.
- Non-glass items may be returned without contacting us, but please fill out a copy of our return form and include it in your package.
