Returns

Thank you for shopping at www.MothershipGlass.com.

All sales are final.

Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly inspect the package and contents for damage. If any damaged items are received, immediately take photos of the package and damaged items. Email these photos to sales@mothershipglass.com with any other pertinent information within 24 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be returned in original packaging.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying shipping costs to return items, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the total. (We will make an exception if the return is due to our error.)

International Shipping

Please note that international orders may be assessed extra customs/import fees upon delivery. If an international order is returned and we are required to pay customs fees to have it redelivered, these fees will be taken out of the refund total.
